Registered under the Societies Act 1860 (Reg. No. 5/9047), ISD was founded in April 2017 in Peshawar, KP. Led by Executive Director Nosheen Malik — with extensive experience across PVDP, PADO, UNICEF, UNFAO, and the US State Department — ISD works through a participatory, gender-sensitive, and demand-responsive development approach.
