About ISD

A local NGO built on participation, evidence, and community ownership

Registered under the Societies Act 1860 (Reg. No. 5/9047), ISD was founded in April 2017 in Peshawar, KP. Led by Executive Director Nosheen Malik โ€” with extensive experience across PVDP, PADO, UNICEF, UNFAO, and the US State Department โ€” ISD works through a participatory, gender-sensitive, and demand-responsive development approach.
